When will my order ship?

Every NoCrumbs sweatshirt and hoodie is made after your order is placed. We do this to avoid mass-producing inventory that may never be worn and to help reduce waste.

Please allow 3–7 business days for production before your order ships. Once shipped, standard ground delivery typically takes 5–7 business days within the United States.

How long will it take to receive my order?

From the time you place your order, your package will typically arrive in about 10–14 business days.

We know waiting is annoying, but made-for-you is kind of the point. Fewer wasted products. Better fits. No crumbs left behind.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes. We offer free standard shipping on all U.S. orders over $50.

Orders under $50 will have shipping calculated at checkout. You can read more on our Shipping Policy.

Will I get tracking?

Yes. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package every step of the way.

What is your return policy?

We want you obsessed with your order. If it’s not giving main-character energy, we’ll help make it right.

Eligible items can be returned for free within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned in original condition with any tags still attached.

How do I start a return?

To start a return, email Izzy@nocrumbs.club with your order number, the item you’d like to return, and the reason for the return.

What happens if it has been more than 30 days?

Returns requested after 30 days are eligible for store credit only.

Because even if the vibe wasn’t right the first time, we still want you to find something you love.

Can I change or cancel my order?

If you need to change or cancel an order, please reach out as soon as possible through our Contact page.

Because our items are made on demand, we cannot guarantee changes once production has started, but we’ll always do our best to help.

What if I entered the wrong shipping address?

Please contact us as quickly as possible through our Contact page.

If your order has not entered production or shipped yet, we’ll do our best to help update the address.

Are your sweatshirts and hoodies made to order?

Yes. NoCrumbs products are produced after the order is placed. This helps reduce waste, avoid overproduction, and keep the brand more intentional.

Basically: cute, cozy, and less wasteful.
